2. General PrinciplesOur goal is to ensure that every student has a positive and transparent learning experience.
We comply with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), which gives consumers the right to withdraw from online service contracts under certain conditions.
Since our services are digital and educational in nature (live video lessons, tutoring, and digital course materials), the refund rules differ from those for physical goods.
3. Right of Withdrawal (EU 14-Day Rule)If you purchase a service as a consumer within the European Economic Area (EEA), you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the date of the initial order without providing any reason.
However, this right does not apply once the service has been fully delivered or started with your consent (e.g., you scheduled or attended your first lesson).
  • You are eligible for a refund if:You purchased a lesson package or course but have not yet started any lessons.
  • You cancel within 14 days from the purchase date.
  • You are not eligible for a refund if:You have already used part of the service (e.g., attended one or more lessons).
  • The lesson was delivered on demand and you confirmed participation.
  • You explicitly agreed to begin the service before the 14-day withdrawal period expired.
In such cases, the withdrawal right is waived under Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
4. Refund ProcedureIf you are eligible for a refund, please contact us by email at support@geschool.online or by phone at +995 579 097 071.
Include the following information:
  1. Full name and email used for registration.
  2. Payment receipt or transaction ID.
  3. Description of your request (e.g., “I wish to cancel my order and request a refund”).
Once we receive your request, we will:

  • Process approved refunds within 7–10 business days via the same payment method used for the original transaction.
  • 5. Lesson Cancellation and ReschedulingIndividual lessons may be rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled time without penalty.
  • If you fail to attend or cancel less than 24 hours before the lesson, the lesson is considered delivered and non-refundable.
  • Teachers also reserve the right to reschedule a lesson, with prior notice to the student.
6. Subscription Plans and PackagesIf you purchase a lesson package or monthly subscription, the following applies:
  • You may cancel your subscription any time before the next billing cycle.
  • Unused lessons are non-refundable after the subscription period starts, but can be rescheduled within the same period (subject to availability).
  • Refunds for partially used packages are granted only in exceptional cases (e.g., technical or service-related issues confirmed by our support team).
7. ExceptionsRefunds will not be granted in the following situations:
  • You have already attended or accessed the purchased online class.
  • Technical issues on your side (e.g., poor internet connection, device failure).
  • You failed to attend scheduled lessons without notice.
  • Your account was suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service.
8. Technical or Service IssuesIf a lesson or service was interrupted due to technical problems on our side, you are entitled to:
  • a rescheduled lesson, or
  • a full refund for the affected session.
We aim to ensure uninterrupted, high-quality lessons, but in case of issues, please contact us immediately at support@geschool.online.
  • 9. How Refunds Are ProcessedAll refunds are made using the same payment method used for the initial transaction.
  • Refund times depend on your bank or payment provider and may take up to 10–14 business days after approval.
  • Transaction fees (if applicable) may be deducted if they were charged by the payment processor (e.g., PayPal, Stripe, Worldpay).
10. Dispute ResolutionIf you disagree with our refund decision, you can:
  1. Contact our support team again with additional information.
  2. Request an independent review by the European Consumer Centre (ECC) in your country (if you reside in the EU/EEA).
